Terms of Service

Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to all Fusion Academy users (“Users”) who visit or use the websites and anyone who enrolls in any Fusion Academy course (“Course”). By using the Websites and/or enrolling in any Courses, a User agrees to these Terms of Service and Fusion Academy’s Privacy Policy.

Ownership of Materials

Fusion Academy owns all website and course materials. Users may not rebroadcast, retransmit, sell, distribute, or post Licensed Materials without written consent. Materials are for personal and professional development only.

Participant Consent

Courses may be photographed or recorded. By attending, users irrevocably agree to appear in recordings and waive claims for remuneration. Fusion Academy may use participant comments or suggestions at its discretion.

Refund Policy

Payment for audio/video courses must be made in advance. No refunds are available once access is granted.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by Indian law. Both parties agree to mediation before litigation. Claims will be litigated only in federal or Indian state courts.
